The questions we are asked most often, with the answers we actually believe — not marketing answers. Tell us if anything is missing.

What counts as an "event"?
Any workflow step that mutates platform state — an order line, a payout, a refund, a status change. Reads are free. Webhook deliveries are counted, retries are not.
Can we self-host?
Hybrid only at the moment: VenduStack core managed by us in your EU region of choice. Full self-host is on the Enterprise track.
How are channel partners billed?
They are not. Your channel partners are tenants under your workspace. You decide if they have their own seats or not.
What if we exceed the included events?
Overage at published per-event rates, capped at the next tier's monthly price. You will never pay more than the upgrade would cost.
Is the ledger included?
Every plan includes transparent, auditable transaction records with export to your warehouse. The full event-sourced double-entry ledger is on the roadmap.
Are there per-seat charges?
No. We charge for the work the platform does, not for the number of people watching it.
