Renewal-aware pricing & partner payouts

  • ADDRenewal-aware pricing rules — price holds, grandfathering, scheduled increases now first-class on plan trees.
  • ADDPartner payouts can now be deferred up to 90 days, with hold-balance reporting against the ledger.
  • ADDpgvector indices for catalog recommendations — opt-in, behind a feature flag for design partners.
  • FIXWorkflow retries no longer double-emit downstream events when a step succeeded but the result was lost in transit.
  • FIXMulti-currency proration on plan downgrades is now correct to the minor unit.
