Built in France.
For everywhere.
VenduSys is a commerce-infrastructure company. We build the layer that lets value circulate — between buyers and sellers, between platforms and partners, between products and the systems already running underneath.
Commerce
has been siloed for too long.
E-commerce, marketplaces, POS, subscriptions, procurement, exchanges — each of them is a separate stack today, and the seams between them break every team that tries to scale across more than one. We are betting that future commerce platforms look like infrastructure, not like apps.
VenduSys started from a simple observation: the people building marketplaces, the people building storefronts, the people building partner programs and the people building subscription portfolios were all re-implementing the same primitives — identity, catalog, ledger, workflows — in slightly different shapes, then gluing them back together.
The result was a generation of commerce stacks that could each do one shape well, and none of them well enough when the shape needed to change. We thought there should be a layer underneath all of them: composable, auditable, EU-native, open.
That layer is VenduStack. The shapes that ride on it — marketplaces, storefronts, points-of-sale — are VenduPlace and VenduSite. Together they let teams move value between parties without re-architecting every time the pattern shifts.
We are based in France, build in the EU, host in the EU, and believe sovereignty over commerce infrastructure matters. VenduSys is GDPR-native, DPA-ready, and built to be exported anywhere without losing that grounding.
Four bets.
Reasoned commitments — not slogans. We made these explicit early so we could be held to them later.
Modular wins
Vertical stacks become legacy. Composable infrastructure absorbs the next decade of commerce shapes.
Trust is a feature
Identity, audit and verifiability move from compliance afterthoughts to product surfaces.
Circulation matters
Resale, repair, return and renewal are first-class flows — not exceptions to a one-way pipeline.
Sovereignty matters
EU-native infrastructure can serve everywhere. Hosting choices are strategic, not cosmetic.
Small.
Senior.
Distributed.
We are deliberately small at this stage — every team member has shipped commerce or infrastructure before. Hiring across engineering, design and GTM through 2026.
